Return & Guarantee Policy
At Lenova, your satisfaction is our priority. Your first order is backed by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If Lenova doesn't work for you, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
The guarantee applies to your first purchase only. It is designed to let you try Lenova risk-free. Once you have tried the product and chosen to reorder, later orders are not covered by the money-back guarantee. The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer or household.
To be eligible:
- Your request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
- You may open and try one (1) tube per order. That tube is eligible for a refund even if opened or partially used
- All other tubes in the order must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be refunded. Additional opened tubes are not eligible for a refund
- You must provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo of the products being returned
2. How to Start a Return
All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Email info@getlenova.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and send return instructions and a shipping address
- Ship the products to the address provided within 14 days of approval, using a trackable shipping service
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Lenova reserves the right to approve, decline, or modify any return request at its sole discretion
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Lenova reserves the right to refuse or adjust a refund if returned items do not meet the conditions above.
4. Free Gifts
Free gifts included with your order, such as the Skin Fold Care Guide E-Book, are digital and non-refundable. They do not need to be returned.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback with your bank is a formal dispute of the transaction. Orders under dispute are ineligible for returns and refunds through Lenova, and no refund will be processed while a chargeback is open. Please contact us first. We resolve most issues within 48 hours.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Repeat orders placed after your first purchase
- More than one opened or used tube per order
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Products returned after 90 days from delivery
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If any order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@getlenova.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping. This applies to all orders, including repeat orders.
8. General
Lenova reserves the right to update this policy at any time. By placing an order on getlenova.com, you agree to the terms of this policy. All decisions regarding returns and refunds are made at the sole discretion of Lenova.
