Shipping Rates
- 2-tube and 3-tube bundles: free standard shipping to the United States
- Single-tube orders: a flat shipping rate of $[__] applies, shown at checkout
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7 to 12 days.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Lenova is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Priority Processing
If you add Priority Processing at checkout, your order is moved to the front of our fulfilment queue and prepared for shipment ahead of standard orders. Priority Processing speeds up how quickly your order leaves our facility. It does not change the carrier's transit time.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can track your package at any time at getlenova.com/apps/track123.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only.
Taxes
All prices are in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. No customs fees or duties are charged on US orders.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lenova is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Order Not Received
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of shipment, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact info@getlenova.com with your order number within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to resolve it and, where appropriate, send a replacement.
